Before my corporate career, I worked in large law firms on complex legal matters, requiring creative problem-solving. My experiences working with colleagues facing common business frustrations motivated me to pursue a Master’s Degree in Counseling. This degree provided me with extensive training in helping individuals understand what drives their behaviors and how to comprehend others’ perspectives. My counseling background, combined with my executive experience, positions me uniquely to offer a well-rounded approach to leadership coaching.
